Must have one project with a Telecommunication client and local to FL. Duties and responsibilities: Drive requirements gathering from IT Operations, IT units, Vendors, business stakeholders, data analysts, and subject matter experts in order to put a common plan of action for Projects and Change Requests. Collaborate with TracFone and Verizon teams to document and analyse requirements specific data dimensions, metrics, and analytics to support telecommunications operations. Get sign-off from Internal Teams on requirements scope for projects. Implementation Plan and roadmap. Project plan, issues, risks, action item tracker. Requirements specifications document and Backlog Data Architecture Design Execute Lead cross-functional coordination to facilitate collaboration between different teams, such as data engineering, data analytics, and business intelligence, to ensure a cohesive approach to building the data cube. Align goals, establish dependencies, and coordinate resource allocation. Architectural Design Technical Design IT Operations / Infrastructure, Design, standards, implementation, testing. Implementation Track Development and process improvements. Report status frequently to the leadership. Collaborate with the Release Management Team and plan to schedule releases and coordinate with the teams for success releases. Maintain executive dashboard and project financials. Deployment plan outlining the steps and considerations for deploying the data cube in the PROD environment. Include considerations for security, scalability, and performance optimization. Test Scenarios and results. Final Data Cube product. Required Skills Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Seven (7) years of experience as a technical project / program manager, with demonstrated accomplishments to deliver projects and other transformative initiatives with heavy change management is required to ensure success in USA. Experience managing high risk enterprise projects through a complete project life-cycle. Experience with industry best practices, collaboration tools and methodologies like - Agile Scrum, and Kanban. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and prior use of agile scrum (4-5 years) to deliver projects is preferred. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a history of repeatedly leading successful project execution and cross-functional project teams.
