Position: Level I Tech Support Professional (ONSITE) Location: Plano, TX Duration: 6 months NOTE: The client is looking for local candidates only.  The role will be onsite in Plano, TX with travel throughout the U.S. as needed Job Description: The job consists of performing equipment set up, troubleshooting technical issues with laptops and/or iPads and reporting the issue resolution back to the command center. Candidates must have an understanding of and previous experience dealing with technical support. A background check and drug test are required for this position.
