Develop automation scripts using Python, .NET, C++/C# or RPA tool to facilitate data transfer and integrations between various cloud and on-prem platforms using API. Perform code review and provide guidance on best practices on custom develop solutions. Work closely with IT team members in firming up requirements and implementing the requirements in the custom application. Participate in the business analysis process by contributing operational requirements and providing input on the impact to system features. Build and configuration of integration between enterprise systems and/or third-party products via ETL or enterprise integration platform services. Integrate APIs into the frontend code. Assist in developing and documenting processes to improve efficiency in development and support of the application systems and author knowledgebase articles. Address issues related to application access, connectivity, and performance. Test any fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure issues have been adequately addressed. Work with IT leads to development training plan for onboarding of other internal developers Must Have 5+ years direct software/application development experience in popular languages such as JavaScript, .NET, Python Direct, hands-on development experience with APIs and other API framework such Json, RESTful Web Services Experience with AI/OpenAI toolkit and platform a strong plus Experience with Database Tools/platforms such as MS SQL, MySQL and/or data transformation Experience in Cloud/SaaS environment and core technologies including O365, AWS, Azure and SSO Good working knowledge of core protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, LDAP, VPN, Load balancers, etc Proven experience in planning, installation, and implementation of software solutions Exposure to project-based work structures.
