Must be able to modify and customize Magento at a very high level. Has experience with Magento development for a complex, large website. Experience with being RESPONSIBLE for many customizations and integrations with other systems, all using Magento. Magento 2 experience is needed, not Magento just 1.4. GIT experience PHP experience. Must Haves: Magento 2 experience is needed, not Magento just 1.4. Enterprise level implementation, development, and customization ownership of Magento (not just small websites done in Magento) Other technologies Git and PHP Nice to Haves: Vue.JS, Knockout experience is nice to have but not required Notes: Looking for someone who is a previous developer of Magento must know customizations and how to integrate with other platforms at an enterprise level Someone who uses Magento on multiple smaller websites will NOT be a fit. This person will have enterprise level, high level Magento experience This person may come from a consulting background implementing Magento into large companies They will be training other developers on the team (the existing PHP developers) to learn how to write code in Magento, and this person will be the most senior Magento expert at 4Over guiding the implementation. 4Overs Magento implementation has gone on for 3 years, and he has had developers working on this implementation this entire time. Jon cannot poach the current Magento developers because they come through a consulting firm that they are offboarding soon. This person will come in and work with the current team of Magento consultants before they are offboarded.
