The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Business Analyst for AMANDA enterprise permit and licensing application from Granicus (formerly Calytera). Responsibilities Prepare for business requirement meetings Prepare participants with information for the purpose of requirement analysis meeting Explain AMANDA by Granicus features and capabilities. Assist with AMANDA by Granicus software configuration and workflow capabilities. Conduct interviews and detailed requirement gatherings during the meetings with the Business Offices. Gather requirements in standard templates Document template and reporting capabilities within AMANDA by Granicus software Present demo of configured AMANDA by Granicus application Document pre-condition and post-action event rules in AMANDA by Granicus software Standardize and document various processes in AMANDA by Granicus software.
