Note :- Tableau, SQL, ETL, Snowflake COMMUNICATION and REPORTING .Candidate must have Specialty pharma / pharma data experience . Local candidate preferred first but EST candidate will work who can relocate and do the onsite on client location . Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Patient Access Data Analytics and Reporting Operations. Reporting to the Patient Access Operations Director, the Manager will work directly with leadership to ideate, scope, structure and deliver analytics which solve business problems using data querying tools including SQL, Access, Snowflake and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau & Excel. The Manager will apply advanced analytic skills and business acumen to delivery timely and accurate deliverables. In addition, you will need to be able to work cross functionally with many internal teams, as well as direct external partners. You will be required to use all available tools and resources to thoroughly analyze and assess operational performance, customer behavior, and provide thorough recommendations to support the business. Key Accountabilities - key outcomes/deliverables, the major responsibilities, and % of time Accountability Responsibilities % of Time 70% Managing Analytics & Reporting Development Define and document reporting requirements Adhere to all analytic standards and support Patient Access analytic strategies Manage current Patient Access Tableau environment including a focus on Case Status reporting and Internal HQ reporting Support for Sales, Sales Ops, IT, FRMs, ConnectiveRx, CVS, Besse, Everest, ZS and other teams for all reporting inquiries and issues Create new and modify existing standard reports and develop queries and data visualizations to help identify business issues and solutions Create, maintain and distribute key patient access reports for Leadership and manage them at daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly intervals Lead creation of new products and established products reporting platform to ensure new NDCs are identified and added to the existing market basket for Market share reporting; maintain and update new market basket mapping for reporting using the SMART Portal Work with internal IT, users, external vendors and systems designers to develop new reporting functionality, automate data extracts, data transformations and data loads and report refreshes Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for updated or new reporting structures Reporting Ecosystem Management and Support 30% :- Manage and provide process focused analytics support to Patient Access including debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting BI solutions Act as the Patient Access lead for the management of Patient Access Mailbox; manage and escalate to the appropriate vendors to investigate inquiries from the field force and management and work with Patient Access Operations Director for communicating the findings. Perform data investigations, model and dig into data from various sources such as the commercial data warehouse, specialty pharmacies, specialty distributors, and benefits investigation partners Prepare monthly, weekly, daily and ad-hoc reports, including key metrics reports, performance reports, and dashboards Provide ongoing analytical and technical support of existing data sources, data integration, operational reports and dashboards submitted through various channels Design and conduct Ad-hoc analysis when required and under aggressive deadlines Assist leadership in the development of presentations, reports, and present to various management levels from a analytics perspective Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned 30% Qualifications :- Education & Experience :- Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics, science, or engineering or in lieu of a degree, 7+ years of analytics experience preferable within the Pharmaceutical industry At least 2+ years in a customer-facing role Required to be data independent and function without programming support Minimum of 3 years experience in gathering complex reporting requirements, designing and implementing insightful visualization solutions using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. (Reports, Dashboards, Metrics, KPIs) Experience and proficiency with common, popular database technologies including SQL Server, Snowflakes, MySQL and Access Expert in Tableau and Microsoft Excel Prior experience in patient services in a complex reimbursement environment is a plus Previous experience working with vendor teams is desirable Previous experience managing customer interactions Knowledge:- Proficiency in a body of information required for the job e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc. Extensive knowledge of Data Architecture Principles and Practices and ETL with 2+ years of experience in a work or academic environment extracting unstructured or structured data with strong programming ability in SQL, SAS, R, Python, or other programming languages and Tableau Prep, Madeline tools.
