Position: .NET Developer with MS Excel Templates, VBA Scripts, C# Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Need overall 10 yrs of experience Position Overview: Mid-Level .NET Developer with strong experience in C# and expertise in extracting data from RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience working with Microsoft Excel Templates and VBA. This role will be crucial in integrating API data sources with Excel templates to streamline and enhance our data processing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C#. Integrate external systems and RESTful APIs, extracting relevant data for processing. Work closely with the data analytics team to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Develop and optimize Microsoft Excel templates to facilitate data presentation and analysis. Write and maintain VBA scripts to enhance the functionality and automation of Excel templates. Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications. Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to design and launch new features. Provide technical support for existing applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in .NET, RESTful API integrations, and Excel VBA. Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience with .NET framework and C# programming. Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and data extraction techniques. Solid experience with Microsoft Excel, especially in designing templates and writing VBA scripts. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases. Knowledge of other programming languages or technologies is a plus. Familiarity with deployment and basic DevOps operations for cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
