The candidate will be working in an Agile environment, partnering with vendor and implantation providers along with business stakeholder and cross-functional teams. The tech lead will be responsible for 50% hands on and %50 of leadership. They have team in India where they hire colleague grads, our Teach Lead must be able to review the code, quickly find errors and provide solution/feedback/coaching to the team. This person involved in high level conversation and must be able to adopt/provide idea and knowledge. This team has 3 Architects, 3 Leads, Manager and Director that are all extremely hands on and involved in the project. There is a lot of data that needs to be rewritten and deployed, so this project is extremely critical. Duties/Day to Day Overview The role is 50% Coding/Development, with Hands Expertise in Java 1.8 and above, and 50% Leading the team, Architecture Oversight, Code Review, Audit, and Best Practice Experience Top Requirements (Must haves) Must-Have: Java 1.8 and above, Spring Framework. Expert in Java. Minimum 10+ Years of progressive hands-on experience. Extensive expert level experience in Java, Oracle, CI/CD (Jenkin, bitbucket, Code deployment). Oracle/Java Certified Perferred. Coding Expertise Required in terms of development and fixing complex programs deployed on the cloud within Module/Application. Excellent Communication Skills, expertise in writing POC codes, conducting code reviews, suggesting fixes, able to capture complex artifacts, and documentation with minimal supervision. API [ API Gateway: Mule Preferred ], Microservice Expertise, Angular. DB: SQL & NoSQL Oracle/PL-SQL/Query Optimization [ 5 Year] & Expose to CosmosDB excellent. Architecture Exposure: On-Prem. CI/CD: Understanding in terms of BitBucket, Jenkins Selenium/Tosca/Cypress Script Additional Qualifications (Nice to Haves) Biz Domain: Retail/Supply Chain The candidate should be a self-starter and will be able to code with minimal supervision and adhere to the deadline. Able to work and contribute cohesively and efficiently with a diverse team, onsite and offshore model. Experience with Azure cloud.
