Job Title: Project Coordinator (ServiceNow)
Location: Columbus, OH (Initial Remote)
Position: 6+ Months Contract

Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding the user requirements and co-ordinate with the technical team for the implementation.
Resolving queries raised by other departments like security, risk management Coordinate between tool OEM/vendor and security and risk Analyze integration requirements received for Service now tool from other applications in coordination with the support team and requestor and OEM management team, for commercials and compliance.
Coordination with all internal teams, interface with business leads for operations.
Coordinate in Managing the certifications of Servicenow.
Managing the Service Now tool for ITSM operation and Co-Ordinate with the OEM team for any issues or fixes and managing the availability of the portal.
Actively involve and manage the different project initiatives of Service Now.
Involve in the testing of features and resolving the Queries related to Service Now.
Effectively manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Documentation on operational activity.
