Location: Coral Springs, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months

Visa: GC and USC

This position is working for the security Solutions company that will be supporting Kaseya. So their contract is with that company , not directly Kaseya.  So again
the first preference is  local, second preference for relocate and work hybrid.

To further enhance our security posture, we are seeking a talented and motivated Security Analyst - Access Management and Policy Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Security Analyst - Access Management and Policy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the security of our organization by developing and implementing robust security policies and procedures related to access management, identity and access controls, and backup restrictions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our security policies align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of access control technologies, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1.            Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create, review, and update security policies and procedures related to access management, identity and access controls, and backup restrictions.

2.            Access Control: Implement and maintain access control mechanisms, including role-based access controls (RBAC) and privilege escalation processes, to ensure only authorized individuals have access to critical systems and data.

3.            Identity Management: Manage user identities, including provisioning and de-provisioning accounts, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege (PoLP), and overseeing identity lifecycle management.

4.            Access Review: Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify and remediate any unauthorized access or permissions discrepancies.

5.            Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures, including data retention and disaster recovery plans, to ensure data availability and integrity.

6.            Security Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies, standards, and guidelines, and ensure alignment with industry regulations and best practices.

7.            Incident Response: Assist in incident response efforts related to access breaches, providing expertise in identifying and mitigating access-related security incidents.

8.            Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of security policies, procedures, and configurations.

9.            Training and Awareness: Conduct security awareness training for employees to ensure an understanding of and compliance with access management and policy-related guidelines.

Qualifications:

             Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

             Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

             Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.

             Strong understanding of access management technologies, identity and access controls, and backup solutions.

             Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST) and industry best practices.

             Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

             Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

             Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment.

             Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of security.
