At least 5 + years of strong working experience in Process set up, Process Optimization, Re engineering (preferably Six Sigma Black Belt), and new production introduction. Strong understanding on various types of data, data collection strategy, various business KPIs/Metrices (such as Yield, Process capability Cp, Cpk, Process Reliability/OEE, etc.), Reports and Dashboards. Very strong understanding on various ERP, MES, Recent technologies such as Cloud computing, AI/ML, IIoT, Industry 4.0/Digital Manufacturing, and Analytics. Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA, Machine control systems, Plant Historian, etc. Experience on customer facing role, requirement management, SLA management with excellent presentation skill. Experience Required 15+ Years Roles & Responsibilities Customer facing role, proactively collaborate with customer, understand & analyze requirements, map customers business operations, proactively recommend customer on requirements, challenges, etc. collaborate with offshore team, explain and transform requirement to functional specifications, Train technical team on new requirements.
