Own and coordinate the gating tasks with BizOps to ensure evidence is provided before each drop Manage the program release calendar and release pages including DML/DDL pages, shift coordination pages, and release plan pages Manage and coordinate timely completion of implementation plans Create, manage, and coordinate work orders for various partner teams needed on the drops Communicate risks early and often Main liaison between the engineering team and the BizOps team for deployments Critical thinking in release train engineering for allocating release dates in different location and different environments Own and manage release sign off on implementation plans and regression. Coordinate the release cycle end to end Build relationship with Engineering, Product, BizOps, TechOps and various partners. Participate in Value Stream Mapping efforts to continuously improve the release management process All About You and What you need to bring: Anticipate bottlenecks, risk and dependencies. Adequately using agile practice to unblock, ROAM Risks and eliminate dependencies to create flow of work. Determine if success metrics are in place and if not, you work to define them Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them Streamline and/or eliminate excess process in any area of the architecture, production operations environment, or business area where the same efforts (or issues) are repeated year-over-year.
