Role: Lead .Net Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6 months contract to hire Interview:- 2 Videos Interview Visa:- USC/GC Job Description: Development Lead :- Leading an engineering pod of onshore and offshore resources (India) with a team of roughly 10-11 resources Will partner on the delivery of the application with the development center overseas for cross collaboration. Will serve as a producing leader, which entails responsibilities of writing their own code roughly 60% of the time. Will help with architectural design decisions roughly 20% of the time on items such as AWS modernization, containerization or microservices The additional 20% of the time will be leading, mentoring, performing code reviews and helping with Engineering leadership. Will own pieces of the core application which is a software tool for the bankruptcy lawyers (85% of law firms specializing in divorce or bankruptcy use their software) its called Best Case There are multiple teams working on the core application.
