Performance Test Planning: Collaborate with project teams to define performance test objectives, scenarios, and success criteria. 2. Test Design: Create and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios using Neoload, ensuring they accurately simulate real-world usage patterns. 3. Test Execution: Execute performance tests, monitor system performance, and collect relevant performance metrics. 4. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results and create comprehensive performance test reports, identifying performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement. 5. Performance Tuning: Collaborate with development and operations teams to address and resolve performance issues, optimizing application performance. 6. Continuous Monitoring: Implement and maintain performance monitoring solutions to identify and address performance regressions in production environments. 7. Automation: Work on automating performance test scenarios and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline. 8. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to performance testing processes, scripts, and best practices. 9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators, to drive performance improvements. 10. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing and monitoring. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Performance Test Engineer, with a strong focus on Neoload. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for test scripting and automation. Experience with performance testing methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications: Neoload certification or relevant performance testing certifications. Experience with other performance testing tools and APM (Application Performance Monitoring) solutions. Knowledge of cloud-based performance testing and load generation.
