This role will wear multiple hats assisting State of Michigan Enterprise Networking Architect and operations team to comprehend objectives, generate solutions, POC the solution, generate recommendations then implement the decisions. This resource will be a principal architect/engineer involved in the design, implementation and management of technology-based business solutions based on datacenter networking to improve the State of Michigan datacenter network. We are looking for a collaborative team player that is comfortable supporting a hybrid workforce at all levels of the organization. Applicants should possess exceptional analytical, communication and critical thinking skills along with an understanding of the Agile framework. This position will assist with the architecture and implementation of the Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) build out of the State of Michigan datacenter network. This position will also be working with other enterprise network architects supporting the overall strategic, technical, architectural, and administrative oversight of the enterprise network and infrastructure environments throughout the State of Michigan.
