SQL/ Microsoft SQL Server performing advanced SQL query writing, understanding of complex Experience with Azure DevOps Experience creating automation pipelines, CI/CD Solid Experience in Manual testing and Automated testing (Selenium) SELLING POINTS: Great company culture, growing company Agile environment allows for additional training if needed Position Summary: QA Lead: Experience in Medicaid or Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) projects Experience testing Data Warehouse implementations. Spearhead overall QA testing activities and coordinate different QA activities for multiple projects. Acts as a conduit between on-shore and off-shore teams, share the work and assign work to team members. Develop detailed test plans and test suites for manual and automated testing. Create, maintain, and manage test data, using test management tools. Activity participates in scums meeting and provide, refine QA estimations. Responsible for test execution and QA support in test and stagging environments Must have Test Automation experience and exposure to selenium and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of backend DB systems and general database querying knowledge May have to lead QA team members on QA deliverables, time tracking, coaching, and feedback. Summarize test results and report the metrics on daily and weekly basis to leadership teams. Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of experience in requirements analysis/ user stories, writing, executing test cases within Azure Dev Ops 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure Test plan and test management, with ability to deploy code via pipelines. 6 years of hands-on test automation experience in selenium automation tools and establishing QA test automation for QA projects 6+ years of expertise in QA testing and experienced in test planning, leading and implementing QA process. 6 years of hosting and coordinating QA activities between business, IT team and offshore/nearshore teams 5 years of defect management, defect triaging, defect remediation and root cause reporting 3 years of experience in test traceability, ensuring requirements to functional deliveries Demonstrate experience with Agile, hybrid-agile and waterfall methodologies. Hands on experience in test automation/test automation tools Strong knowledge of security, penetration, load, and performance testing Experience in driving test automation on large programs how and when to automate, conducting feasibility study and ability to make recommendations. Experience with Cloud testing SQL/ Microsoft SQL Server performing advanced SQL query writing, understanding of complex SQL Queries, and ability to check model output Solid Experience in Manual testing and Automated testing (Selenium) Agile (2-week sprints) Experience with Azure DevOps Experience creating automation pipelines, CI/CD Data Warehouse implementation testing experience. Python & Java skills highly desired 1-2 years of managing and supervisorial experience recommended but not required.
