This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and make a big impact in this fast-growing business. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver that can breakdown complexity and address challenges by designing innovative, scalable and flexible solutions. The transformation program manager will have extensive experience leading large, complex, and global strategic initiatives. A track record with process optimization and automation will be ideal. Ability to partner with technology teams and collaborate across multiple functions is imperative to deliver program objectives. Key Position Responsibilities include: * Partner with senior leadership to drive integration and transformation initiatives. * Product manager of our business systems: own the prioritization, analysis, design and deployment of solutions across all go-to-market functions. * Lead the design and execution of transformational frameworks to drive efficiency and effectiveness, scale best practices. * Elevate the culture of innovation and continuous Improvement through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy and visible hands-on leadership. * Lead execution of key initiatives building and managing road map. * Provide leadership on projects selection, scope, definition and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy. * Develop and provide right metrics to measure process efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. * Serve as change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization. Be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously. * Processes and synthesizes transformation program outputs into executive-level presentations, updates, risks, mitigations, and business recommendations. Required experience and qualifications: * Typically requires 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree. * Strong Knowledge and expertise of SaaS business models. * Experience working in Matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. * Ability to present and coordinate in leadership forums. * A love for change and an ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment. * Highly customer-focused approach (both internal and external customers). * Strong English Written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas. * Organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities. * Proven success in creatively solving problems. * Motivated self-starter, proactive and action oriented. * High energy, goal oriented, dependable, problem solver. * Experience applying / executing project management methodologies and practices including developing a project plan, charter, scope, project management approach and management plans. * Experience of working with System Integrators. http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=61585&uid= |
