This position will report to the new Network Manager. The candidate will configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services. Manage and/or perform network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations and identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems. Other responsibilities include: assisting with the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues, managing customer expectations and ensuring prompt and complete customer service, and providing guidance and training to departmental staff.
