Proven experience in network engineering with a focus on wireless/mobility solutions. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Tier 2/3 network issues, including routing, switching, and data security. Extensive experience in wireless technologies, wireless surveys, design, and deployment. Expertise in managing Aruba and Cisco WIFI environments, including tools like Airwave and Cisco Prime. Familiarity with predictive and active/passive wireless survey tools such as Ekahau and AirMagnet. Ability to act as an Aruba Clearpass administrator and implement wireless security best practices. Strong self-starter with the ability to manage project tasks independently. Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative mindset. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and collaboration. Flexibility to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation. Preferred location in the Louisville area; open to candidates within a 2-3-hour distance.
