ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse. 2. Data Integration: Integrate data from disparate sources, both structured and unstructured, into a unified and usable format. 3. Data Transformation: Perform data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment as needed to ensure data quality and usability. 4. Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and efficiency. 5. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, including design, data mappings, and best practices. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. 8. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address ETL issues. 9. Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations, implementing access controls, encryption, and auditing as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talend Developer or ETL Developer. Strong expertise in designing and developing ETL processes using Talend. Proficiency in SQL and database management. Familiarity with data modelling concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Talend certification(s) or relevant certifications in data integration. Experience with other ETL tools or data integration platforms. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
