Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, & retrospectives Empower the development team to self-organize and make decisions, encouraging a sense of ownership and accountability for the project's success Experience working for Pharma or Healthcare customers is a big plus.
