Because of poor documentation, interpersonal skills are important to be able to extract different process knowledge from other team members. Ability to work remotely with unstructured business teams where SAP knowledge is low. Explain to business key SAP concepts, help them with any workable solutions through Excel and other tools. Have necessary Project management skills to follow up with business or IT team members (developer or analysts) to ensure the task or incidents is closed in the timely manner. Great visibility skills: be able to break down complex activities in meaningful tasks with completion dates so the management can track the progress. Have experience to build technical documentation within FICO modules to define global template: All Z customization program names, business logic, schedule, etc. All custom reports and their business logic. Integration with interfaces and the logic. Qualifications Excellent expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 FICO modules. Minimum of 7 years of SAP implementation & support experience. Must have in depth knowledge of FICO business processes and of SAP FI/CO integration with SD, MM, PP/PM/EDI Must have experience in supporting and configuring SAP ECC 6.0 Understanding of SOX requirements and security rules is a plus Understanding of SAP roles, authorization objects and managing user profiles is a plus. Experience to manage complex finance report requirements and deliver result without impacting on server performance is a big plus.
