Job Title : Business Analyst- Charles River Location : New Jersey(Hybrid) Duration : Long Term Job Description : Collaborate with stakeholders, including portfolio managers, traders, compliance officers, and IT teams, to gather and document detailed business requirements for Charles River system enhancements and configurations. Analyze complex investment and trading processes to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Charles Rivers capabilities. Serve as a subject matter expert for Charles River systems, providing guidance, insights, and recommendations to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with business goals. Participate in system configuration, testing, and implementation activities, ensuring that changes meet business requirements and are properly integrated into the Charles River environment. Work closely with development teams to define technical specifications, data mapping, and integration points between Charles River and other systems within the organization. Conduct end-user training and create user documentation to support efficient usage of the Charles River platform. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure that regulatory and compliance requirements are met within the Charles River system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Charles River-related issues, working with both business and technical teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
