Develop, maintain, and communicate the application architecture and application-level roadmap. Design, document, develop and govern frameworks/platforms for consumption by the larger technical delivery organization. Be accountable for the creation and evolution of the overall application architecture strategy, its alignment with the Huntington Target State Enterprise Architecture and its usage patterns within the development community. Communicate and govern use of architectural trends and best practice within the application domain. Develop, maintain, and communicate standards around design leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication in line with HNBis federated architect program. Conduct product/solution evaluations for architectural domain. May mentor technical delivery staff. Environment: Java, Spring Boot, MDM, ETL, APIs Required Skills: Expert Communicator Able to effectively communicate Technical subjects to Business, Leadership and Technical teams Able to communicate via diagram or presentation Documentation/Organizing Able to document and organize Technical components Assist with Standard templates for documented components Catalog/Organizing Technical components Able to deliver Architecture products such as Solution Approaches, Architecture Recommendations, Roadmaps Technical Expert Thorough understanding of coding languages and patterns SQL skills Logical and Physical Data Model mindset Master Data Management knowledge API knowledge Event Driven knowledge Big Picture Understanding Aligns Application Architect to Enterprise Architect Able to go from low level (code) to higher level (components/integrations) When needed, able to provide High Level estimates around efforts Leadership skills Able to work with teams to provide direction and share technical expertise when needed.
