Title: Sr Program/Project Manager Location: Texas or VT(Hybrid) Duration: 6 to 12 months Required Skills: Basic Qualifications: 8 + years of Business Consulting-Program/Project Management PMO Strategy 3+ years of Agile Scrum experience 3+ years of application development or systems integration projects managing fixed price projects Candidates must be PMP certified. Having insurance/financial experience is a key criteria along with PMP Ability to effectively communicate at all levels with in Project Team and Executive Sponsors Build client relationships across IT and Business stakeholders Be proactive to address issue resolution AND track daily project team action items to closure Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. L&A and or financials industry experience. PM 101 competencies: a. Understand all 3 methodologies Waterfall/Iterative/Agile and the Phases/processs with in them to execute/deliver projects b. Ability to develop project schedules working with Project team with defining dependencies across resources and teams to define the critical path. (using MS project) c. PCRP (Project Control and Reporting) i. demonstrate ability to effectively manage Issue/Risks/Action items/Decision/Change logs ii. Update weekly project status to deliver to all level of stake holders iii.
