The Community Services Division of the Ohio Department of Development is working with a third-party vendor to migrate a suite of energy assistance programs from a .NET-based system into Salesforce. This project is in flight and is anticipated to conclude in 2025. The project manager will act as the liaison between the Community Services Division and the vendor. They will be responsible for gathering and updating business requirements, managing sprints and timelines, overseeing user acceptance testing, obtaining signoff from stakeholders, escalating issues, facilitating communications, assisting in the grooming of the project backlog and approval of backlog items, and generally acting to support the Community Services product owners. The project is being performed using Agile methodology, so the project manager will also act as a scrum master for each of the sprints performed during the lifetime of the project.
