Majorly looking for Automation COE- L1/L2 platform support on MS power Automate. Strong English Communication and interpersonal skills. 1-3 years of experience in a Cloud Platform Support role. Experience in Agile Methodology. Experience in applying OCR, NLP, AI/ML etc. capabilities to enhance business process and performance. Experience in other RPA Solutions (UiPath). Experience in working in Financial Services. Industry Certification in MS Power is a plus. Knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center PPAC, and CoE toolkit. Detailed Job Description: Provide triage support in the event of users reporting automation failures. Ability to diagnose &address automation issues based on severity levels. Report track and address automation issues in services now as a part of incident management Deploy new version of updated software and enhanced automation in alignment with Morgan Stanley release strategy access all environment. Initiate and approve access requests and user provisioning. Manage change management process and production deployments. Review upcoming changes/release notes for business impact and Document maintaining procedure. Manage inventory by updating the information on developed automation, reviewing the catalog, changing the status to retire automation. Own daily RFB (ready for business) checkouts and send notification to BU tech teams, Support automation CoE in ensuring periodic health check and utilize established escalation paths across the platform and application support teams Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: Support automation CoE in ensuring periodic health check and utilize established escalation paths across the platform and application support teams Manage change management process and production deployments.
