Role: PRODUCTION SUPPORT Kafka Administrator with Apigee Location: Remote Contract Job Description/Responsibilities: What are the top 3 must haves for this role 1.KAFKA: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing kafka clusters Cloud and/or on-premises Kafka platforms 2. APIGEE: Ability to apply API security, throttling, OAuth 2.0, TLS, certificates, KeyStore, and Trust store for the Apigee platform 3. SSL Management: TLS, certificates, KeyStore, and Trust store Kafka : Minimum of 3 years of experience managing kafka clusters Cloud and/or on-premise Kafka platforms. Proficient in implementing encryption using SSL, authorization using Kafka ACLs across various Kafka components. Experience in day-to-day administration and support functions, including capacity management, performance monitoring, and health analysis of the cluster. Very good understanding of Kafka configuration and tools: Partitioning Strategies, Sizing, Redundancy (Mirroring), Security, zookeeper, Kafka connect, schema registry, Rest proxy . Apigee : Ability to apply API security, throttling, OAuth 2.0, TLS, certificates, KeyStore, and Trust store for the Apigee platform Expertise in configuring the Apigee Private Cloud platform, including keystores, truststores, and KVMs Experience with Apigee Management APIs and integrations with enterprise systems including Infrastructure & Application monitoring, SAML or LDAP SSO, and Logging Nice to have Experience in Apigee X version , IBM Datapower , IBM MQ , Splunk , AWS Cloud knowledge.
