Here are the key skills and qualifications to look for: SAP S/4HANA aATP Expertise: Strong proficiency in S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) modules. Specific experience with Backed Order Processing (BoP), Product Allocation (PAL), Supply Protection (SUP), and Alternative Based Confirmation (ABC) functionalities. S/4HANA PPDS and IBP Integration: Experience in integrating S/4HANA Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems. Familiarity with multi-site Time Series Planning and Order Based Planning capabilities within the integration. Supply Chain Planning: In-depth understanding of supply chain planning principles, concepts, and best practices. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Demonstrated years of experience working with S/4HANA aATP, PPDS, and IBP in a relevant role. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry or sector within which the company operates (e.g., manufacturing, retail, consumer goods) is advantageous. Problem-Solving Orientation: Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues and propose effective solutions.
