High-level proficiency in SEO Analysis (Adobe Analytics) Proficiency with a variety SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, etc.) Strong business acumen Good communication (written and verbal) skills at the executive level Ability to work inter-departmentally with marketing, PR, design, product, and engineering. This is an individual contributor role Responsibilities: Conduct cohesive analysis to predict topics relevant to our demographics. Liaise with US & global business partners on SEO-related initiatives Maintain a high level of new & existing product understanding to ensure search success Constitute the point-person for technical SEO queries from the team. Monitor keyword ranking performance Identify, analyze, and capitalize upon incremental traffic opportunities Manage and execute incoming SEO support requests throughout the business, including KW tracking request, tool update submissions, troubleshooting and training Maintenance of tools and dashboards to support business partners Provide actionable recommendations for site structure, creative design, keyword and link development strategies, and content optimization. Vendor management, including POs, invoicing and budget Help others learn and grow. You recognize that SEO can be a black box to others, and you understand how to distill down key SEO concepts easily for others to understand. Evolve an SEO program into an SEO Center of Excellence that maximizes traffic and revenue opportunities across Walmart.com Stay current on the SEO and search landscape, emerging trends, and tools to automate processes or deliver more sophisticated analysis.
