Role                          UAT Test Lead

Location               Brooklyn,NY(Onsite)

*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*

* Minimum 4 Years Experience in Business/Quality Analysis tools such as : JIRA, Balasamiq &MS Visio.

* Minimum 4 Years Experience with QTP, WinRunner, Visual Studio, Selenium, etc.

* Minimum 4 Years Experience creating, executing and managing automation scripts.

* Minimum 4 Years Experience with SQL Server, LoadRunner, Jmeter.

*SCOPE OF SERVICES:*

* Initiate and implement testing

* Identify user stories and translate them into Test cases as required.

* Create Test cases vs. RTM Matrix against the user stories to support application development.

* Ensure that the application development is according to the quality assurance standards.

* Execute Integration test cases covering all integration points with other applications.

* Coordinate defect triage calls with design and development team.

* Coordinate with UAT team on UAT test strategy, and UAT test data.

* Coordinate UAT defect triage calls with UAT team.

* Helped team with performance testing.

* Identifying test automation scenarios.

* Facilitating Postproduction verification for various releases.

* Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination

* Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.

* Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.

* Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time.

* Managing QA team activities QA effort estimations, task allocations, creation of QA status JIRA dashboards and reports, facilitating QA signoff on meeting the defined exit criteria.
