This role will have primary responsibility for the relationship between business users and technology. This position is expected toengage and deliver value as outlined by business requirements. Expectations included detailed understanding of SAPs processes and configuration related to Supply Chain capablities including S/4 Material Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Demand planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations and Logistics. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Supply Chain functional teamthrough build, testing, and deployment phasesof SAP implementation. Collaboratewith business process leader(s), consultant(s) and other functional and technical leads to develop PTP functionality. Lead / Facilitate (with consultants) work-shops, design sessions and gap analysis based on requirements Gain commitment from multiple functional leaders simultaneously on design decisions. Understandand own configuration for PTP andadjacent business process. Manage other associates in configuration of other SAP capabilities. Develop functional specification, configuration documentation, testing scripts, etc., and other such project artifacts. Communicate targets, measures, and status. Validate and streamline business process for SAP Appropriatelyinfluence the business process leaders towardsstandard SAP Educate stakeholders and project team members on SAP functionality and best practices Ensure SAP functionality is leverage aheadof custom code Advocate forend-user adoption andimprovements in usability. Coordinate business sign offs and deployment strategy Partner withbusiness leaders to achieve alignment Meditate as defects and functionality aredisputed Vet deficits and associate resolutions based on business value Develop a global template for SAP deployments Roll-out SAP by region/location. Etc. Stabilize business processes & leverage SAP investment Establish release strategy for support and projects Reduce keepin lights on efforts Support business process leads / member of the poweruser group to develop business cases. Understand the changing SAP landscape Develop roadmapof projects basedon organizational needs Evaluation technology products and appropriate methodologies. COMPUTER SKILLS 8+ years of SAP Experience; at least two full life-cycles of SAP S/4 5+ years of MM, QM 1+ years of ATP (Available to Promise) Optional 1+ years of EWM Optional EDUCATION Required: Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field. EXPERIENCE Minimum: 8 years of technology experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Light to moderate physical activity. Requires normal hearing and vision. EQUIPMENT USED Servers, networking equipment, PC and/or laptop.
