Duration : 6+ Month Rate : 40 and 45 on C2C They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This position is responsible for multiple areas of American Girl Finance as well as system testing for a few of their critical system implementations that are happening in the next year. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As Financial Analyst, serve as cross-functional support on FP&A processes and projects. Candidate must be able to run analyses and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities to achieve objectives. Perform broad based financial responsibilities for the American Girl Division including current year & future year Forecasting, Reporting, and system testing support Partner with Corporate FP&A & Reporting teams to review forecasts / results to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning Effectively communicate financial results, concepts, and issues with management Coordinate communications regarding financial reporting and planning processes Perform significant ad-hoc analyses by request Requirements: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance 2-3+ years experience in a related role Strong proficiency with MS Office tools; Advanced Excel modeling required Experience using Oracle Cloud Experience with system implementation experience Essbase (Hyperion Enterprise & Planning), ERP knowledge preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be proactive, results oriented, and possess high ethical standards Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the toy, entertainment, consumer products industries a plus Confidence in conclusions from analysis; ability to clearly communicate recommendations to cross functional teams Responsible, resourceful and goal oriented EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance 2-3+ years experience in a related role Strong proficiency with MS Office tools; Advanced Excel modeling required Experience using Oracle Cloud a plus Essbase (Hyperion Enterprise & Planning), ERP knowledge preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be proactive, results oriented, and possess high ethical standards Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the toy, entertainment, consumer products industries a plus Experience working within a virtual team preferred Avinsh Nagar| Senior Technical Recruiter Disclaimer: This is not meant to be an unsolicited email, so if you dont want to receive any emails from me and QSP Infotech, you can click on -> .
