Supporting customers within the Order-to-Cash cycle with emphasis on credit card transactions (authorization at booking and receipt remittance at time of funds capture). Support A/R payments (taking the payments on open invoices and applying the payments back in EBS and understanding the reconciliation process). General working knowledge of Oracle e-Business security, navigation, request submission as well as experience with forms, reports, ADF, JSP, HTML, JavaScript as well as other web technologies.
