The role requires a broad spectrum of knowledge in the areas of end user support, infrastructure management and security. The candidate will leverage new & existing vendor relationships as needed to support organizational goals. It is important that the candidate can build partnerships with teams across the organization and understands how to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical staff. The candidate should be a self-starter, hands on and ready to own their area of responsibility. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities is critical. Experience implementing robust change management procedures is a plus. Management of Azure Environment (AD, PAAS, Managed SQL, Security) O365 and other productivity tools Users, Devices (Mac & Windows) and Roles/Permissions Helpdesk & Support Application Teams Hardware Procurement and Deployment Network Infrastructure incl.
