They are rolling out new sites and business units every few months in a rolling planned approach. They need an Order Management resource to help in a few key areas. 1. They will be focused on enhancement post go live whom is functional and take requirements from business to optimize the solutions they are looking for. Global solution based on business, not one customization for one person. Functional person to help with implementation for new business units and new countries gathering requirements, doing configuration, and handling enhancement requests from multiple different business groups. 2. The business segment of current system and talk with users and train people. The new users will have questions and user issues that they will need a functional person whom understands Oracle cloud to be able to deliver training and end user support immediately following go-lives. They will go back and do configuration in oracle system. Have order interface with Magento and when converted to order it goes into oracle. Orders can be created and moved into erp. The ERP is the source of truth, can go around into invoice and others orders, b2b interface. Glovia, oracle ebs, jde and many interfaces with gtm/otm. Holistic view of that area is important and functional knowledge around Order Management area. For example they will need to know how to do pricing, set up, oracle order management. Front to shipment and understand how it is related and how it is set up and generate documentation of order to cash.
