Responsibility: 5+ years experience on HPNS (Hewlett Packard Non-Stop) mid-range architecture. (flexible on years of experience on this) 5+ years experience with COBOL and real-time messaging in various formats - ANSI X.12, EDIFACT, XML-wrapped EDIFACT, pure XML and SOAP. Experience with native sockets (tcp/ip) and simple web services (HTTPS POST and receive) to interface with external vendors and internal applications. Experience with TACL (Tandem Advanced Command Language) scripting programming language Master of design considerations for high volume transaction systems Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization. Working knowledge of SDLC methodology Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Plusses: Functional / technical knowledge of ePrescribing and Strong Healthcare / Life Sciences / PBM experience. Superior Knowledge of PBM industry in terms of Eligibility, Adjudication / Claims, Prescriber, Drug, Formulary, Adjustment systems and plan benefits. Experience with large-scale distributed systems using message queues.
