Job Title Senior Product Owner Location Chicago IL Duration 12 months /Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Interview mode Video USC/GC ONLY Local IL Hybrid onsite. 2 days a week onsite Senior level greater than 8 years of experience The Product Owners primary task is to ensure everyone knows the priorities of the Product Backlog. Typically, this individual is closest to the business side of the project. Responsible for acting as Product Owner for larger, more complex projects with high value to the organization. The Product Owner is a customer advocate and domain expert who leads the organization in defining and delivering high-impact products. Internally, the Product Owners works closely with the Revenue Management Business and Digital Technology Teams. Qualifications: Works in an Agile / Scrum environment Experience working with Technical Team, Leadership, Product Strategy teams on the business side Demonstrates success in defining and launching successful products Excellent teamwork skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Ability to quantitatively assess and prioritize customer needs Ability to communicate, in written and verbal form, with diverse audiences, internal and external to the company, in a clear and comprehensible manner Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following): Determine product KPIs and measure results Work closely with Product team and Business Analysts to turn vision into stories that the Scrum teams can deliver Be able to say no to stakeholders and have the data to support your decisions Participate in Daily Scrum as needed Participate in Sprint Planning meetings, Reveals and Retrospectives Responsible for the vision of what is to be built, and conveying that vision to the development team Responsible for conveying the vision and goals at the beginning of every sprint Keywords: access management green card Illinois http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=570288&uid= |
