Interact with business users when gathering requirements, understanding support concerns, learning business processes, etc. Lead in discovery and requirements sessions internally or with business users. Elicit requirements which may require interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, use cases, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interface analysis, task & workflow analysis, focus groups, brainstorming, and prototyping. Accurately report issues or problems with clear explanations and solutions to leadership. Interface between programmers and management and serve as technical advisor to business leads.
