Our client only accepts candidates who has a health insurance industry background, and they currently live in the state Illinois . The two-step interview process begins with a regular phone call from BCBSAs HR Dept., then you would perform a final MS Teams video interview including an open-source Java exercise. The final interview is hosted by the BCBSA Project Manager and two members of the Development Team. An offer letter is anticipated by September 18 to start the role on September 25, 2023. Job Description: Responsible for building and maintaining the server-side operation, APIs, and functionality of web application portal or mobile application. Candidate will develop and maintain IAM automation workflows connecting database layer, APIs, Integration with other APIs and web services. Candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java, and will have experience with API gateway and web frameworks. Candidate may have at least a Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, programming, or equivalent, an understanding of object-oriented programming, proficiency with languages such as Java, TypeScript, SQL server, Oracle, SQL, and Python related build tools, code versioning and build tools such as GIT and Jenkins, application servers like Tomcat, Node.js, or AWS Lambda functions, API Gateways such as Apigee, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP. The successful candidate will have IAM specific skills are preferred to include experience with Identity Governance and Administration (SailPoint), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), Identity Management (Okta, AWS IAM, AD, Azure AD). Deliverable: Automate IAM workflows by developing, building, and testing scripts.
