Only Local Duration : Long Term Visa : H4-EAD to USC What You'll Do: Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences. Provide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM team. Lead the pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities. Drive user story analysis, elaboration and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation. Contributes to high-level architecture and drives low-level design. Champion modular design, reuse, and separation of concern, high cohesion and loose coupling. Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable standards. Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines. Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems. Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree required (in Computer Science preferred). Experience with: Developing mission critical web and server applications in agile environment. Designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for the cloud. Loading data in and out of CDP from Data Lake. Agile development methodologies and TDD. Over 3 years' experience with: Big Data platforms or Adobe Experience Cloud products. Backend technologies including Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST. Data modeling, table design, data mapping to table structures, event driven implementation and advance knowledge of working with SQL. Over 2 years' experience with: Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP. Building omni-channel personalization implementation. Extremely proficient in using one of the IDEs like Eclipse, Webstorm, IntelliJ, Microsoft Visual Studio or Netbeans. Working experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch & Adobe MarketoEngage. Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, and Jenkins is highly desirable. Experience with monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk and Dynatrace etc. AEP Developer Certification preferred.
