Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for end-to-end testing of integrated systems. Execute manual and automated tests to validate data synchronization, functionality, and performance across Salesforce and SAP platforms. Identify and log defects in a clear and concise manner, working closely with development teams to resolve issues. Create and maintain test data sets that reflect real-world scenarios and ensure thorough test coverage. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and integration specialists to ensure seamless data flow and system stability. Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and compatibility testing to validate the impact of changes on integrated systems. Participate in test automation efforts to enhance the efficiency of integration testing.
