SQL (extract data, complex joins, multiple tables involved) Application Support Documentation Will have to do some BA task working with end users to find pain points and help fix/upgrade extra web and reports Will be supporting IRIS (a refugee application that helps manage getting them into the country) will train them on this application Built in .net/c# - reading code would be a plus but not required Application/Systems Analyst Key Areas of Responsibility: Subject matter expert on custom built and off the shelf applications. Manage and maintain LIRS applications, which include managing the bug-fix process, addition of enhancements or new modules, modifying workflows and configurations administering and maintaining databases, querying and/or analyzing application data. Work with users on feature requests, upgrades, migrations and integrations. Update and maintain both system and user documentation. Provide timely and accurate support IRIS (Immigration and Refugee Information System) and other supported systems for internal and external users. Generate reports and database queries using SQL. Plan, coordinate, test and communicate application changes. Perform deployments of application releases to production. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and optimization strategies. Coordinate the development and delivery of training on process changes and how to use the software to promote business adoption of system capabilities and features. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Proficient with SQL and data analysis (note, this is NOT a DBA role) Proficient with MS Excel and Word. Experience in being a subject matter expert.
