Role: SAP Track and Trace Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) Location: Dallas, TX Day 1 onsite Very Critical Requirement and Confirmed Interview Job responsibilities: Consultant will provide level 2 & 3 support on serialization issues in production, be able to perform the initial analysis and triage the issues to corresponding teams for resolution or escalate issue for the next level support Be able to troubleshoot the issues in ATTP, ICH modules having a good understanding , EPCIS file exchange, GS1 standards , having end to end understanding of the business process WMS, Shipping ,ATTP , ICH Debug and Code Detailing API knowledge DSCA wholesalers, 3 PL , manufacturers He / She manage the incident in ServiceNow or external ticketing system. Consultant will coordinate the onboarding activities with trading partners. Consultant will support DSCSA related projects and testing activities.
