Team members code applications that allow our technical teams to standardize quality assurance procedure for software deployed to all connected devices. Development Team responsibilities Work in a collaborative environment and coach other team members on coding practices, design principles, and implementation patterns that lead to high-quality maintainable solutions. Monitor and maintain operational readiness of applications including applications hosted in AWS cloud. Identify opportunities for system enhancements to deliver enhanced functionality and/or simplify system administration. Facilitate and develop plans for application changes including defects fixes, enhancements and/or configuration changes. Configure and test changes to system including reports, security access, and workflow. Perform/Coordinate configuration changes to the production environment. Work closely with BA/QA team members to oversee testing and develop fixes to ensure issues are properly identified, fixed, and tested. Qualifications Seeking a senior-level Software Engineer with seven plus years of progressive experience. Required Deep experience with object-oriented development using Python & related tools. Understanding of and experience with Machine Learning techniques such as Generative AI, Language Learning Models (LLM), and/or MLOps. Grafana, Kibana, or similar monitoring tool.
