Job Title: Jira Administrator About the job Responsibilities Jira & Confluence application administration addressing all customer requests to include access, permissions, project build out, board configuration, plug in requests, etc. Jira & Confluence gatekeeper Interviewing stakeholders and conducting current state analysis Working with admin team to determine, establish and maintain structures, best practices and standards within Jira and Confluence Migrating existing projects to new standards/templates Working with customer stakeholders to understand and meet needs within RBS standards Working collaboratively with partner teams toward shared instance alignment Attending regular product owner, team and all other meetings as determined Working with Learning & Development toward RBS IT custom trainings Candidate Requirements Heavy Jira & Confluence technical/administration experience Experience w/various Jira & Confluence plugins, able to figure out/speak to new plugins as requests come in or plugins are added. Good grasp of security, comfortable with being a Jira & Confluence gatekeeper Experience w/ServiceNow & ACS ticketing Comfortable working remotely both independently and as a team Firm knowledge of Jira hierarchy, structures, standards & best practices Experience with current state interviewing & analysis Self-starter, able to learn the org quickly, sharing best practices and thoughts/opinions, to lead discussions with a strong sense of application ownership Ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders as needed Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and frameworks including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Kanban and Scrum Understanding of waterfall methodology, able to translate and aid where needed during agile transformation. Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
