Expertise in database concepts and working knowledge of SQL and Stored Procedures. Experience with Oracle, Unix script, Stored Procedures, Complex SQLs tuning. Strong backend experience to develop data layer using at least one of the frameworks like Hibernate, JPA etc. Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Web services, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery, SOAP, REST services and AJAX. Expertise in tuning all tiers of applications on JEE platform. Communicating and presenting alternatives, taking direction and feedback from stakeholders, staying organized and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Bring a creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Possesses an aptitude to learn additional technology platforms as needed to support strategic initiatives. Ability to determine and plan for new system installation or modification of an existing system. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Experience in Agile application development. Experience with eligibility rules engine is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Years Experience, Certificates): Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 7+ years of experience in solution design and hands on development of web applications.
