Role: Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) so no exceptions Experience : 15 + Years Note : on-site position so no exceptions. Person has to come all days and sit in our Santa Clara office. Here are details job duties: Should have at least 15-20 years of industry experience especially in handling and managing Oracle ERP related projects. Worked and experience in at least 4 - 5 Oracle Cloud migration projects in Supply Chain & Finance space. Strong Program management skills, including issue/ time/ resource management. Strong Knowledge of Oracle EBS Projects execution Have worked on both Waterfall and Agile model. Should be an agile thinker and quickly understand the broader picture. Good understanding of Scrum Excellent written and verbal communication Manage and provide status at different levels. Handled stakeholders effectively in previous engagement. Have worked under pressure and have achieved tight timelines. Should be able to easily collaborate, coordinate and communicate at any level in the project organization. Provide oversight and leadership in a cloud migration project. Provide direction and guidance to team resources where applicable. Provide leadership and guidance & manage expectations at all levels of the project . Work collaboratively with the Systems Integrator(s) to develop and maintain a project schedule to review during weekly status meetings. Facilitate weekly status meetings and other ad-hoc meetings as well as meeting minutes and agendas. Provide weekly status reports and guidance plans. Collaborate with Systems Integrator(s) to prepare project management plans and other related plans as needed to be effective based upon the project size and scope. Attend management meetings as needed and provide insight to project schedule and projections. Provide planning and scheduling direction for project and release management. Review and leverage best practices to standardize business processes whenever possible. Oversee solution designs and data mapping for interfaces, extensions, conversions, and reports.
