Experience with stakeholder management and handling multiple teams (Business, onsite, offshore, and cross functional teams). Understand business requirements, provide technical solutions, and conduct technical architecture reviews. Design and develop POCs to configure and quote complex products within Oracle CPQ to incorporate complex business use cases for internal sales and direct customers. Propose and simplify design for end-to-end quoting process including new installs, MACDs, renewals, termination etc. Provide design options/solutions to integrate Oracle CPQ Cloud and/or Oracle CPQ with Salesforce, billing systems, Order Management/fulfillment systems and other third-party applications. Design and support Configuration, Commerce, integrations, reports, workflows, BML in CPQ space Perform Oracle CPQ Cloud Administration Troubleshoot and resolve the system issues within given SLAs. Skills: 7+ years of hands-on experience in large and complex Oracle CPQ engagements. Experience in both architecture and implementation of projects within Oracle CPQ Cloud Experience in CPQ Configurations, BML, ABO, BOM following CPQ best practices. Good knowledge in REST APIs, CSS, and XSL Hands on experience in migrations and release upgrades. Experience in CPQ headless implementations Working knowledge in complex product hierarchy and pricing models Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people in different time zones. Sound knowledge in Quote to Cash process. Experience with stakeholder management and handling multiple teams (Business, onsite, offshore and cross functional teams). Excellent Communication and documentation skills Oracle CPQ certified.
