(Not looking for candidates with 15-20 yrs) - Exp with Waterfall methodology - RECENT Health Plan/Insurance Exp; targeting minimum of 3 yrs ie: o Claims processing, benefits, configuring claims processing systems, Provider networks; insurance, Clinical care managers, Medicaid care management, Membership(understanding how membership works) Encounters, providing back to the Medicaid leaders, how we are managing people through claims. - Bachelors Degree - PMP/PMI Certification **Not hard requirement but most candidates without it dont pass. - Exp in a structured PMO Notes from client: Companies they have had success hiring from: Anthem, Elevance health, Untied Health, Cigna, smaller state health plans NOT LOOKING FOR SCRUM MASTERS OR PEOPLE WITH HEAVY SDLC OR IT PM EXP.
